Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
PropFirm Terminal offers a 5-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period:
- You will not be charged.
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing button on your Profile page, which redirects you to our Stripe billing portal.
- Upon cancellation, you retain full access to PropFirm Terminal until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your data remains in your account. If you re-subscribe later, your data will still be available.
3. Refunds
Because PropFirm Terminal offers a free trial before any charges are made:
- Generally, paid subscription charges are non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the product before committing.
- If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a technical issue prevented cancellation), please contact us and we will review your case.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
- Log into your PropFirm Terminal account.
- Go to Profile → Billing.
- Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe customer portal.
- From there you can cancel your subscription or update your payment method.

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
